At Heating and Catering parts, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below are the details of our delivery services

Same-Day Dispatch

Cut-off Time

Our cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 1 PM. While we do our best to dispatch orders placed up until 4 PM, we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch after 1 PM.

Dispatch Days

We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Services

Standard Delivery

Cost: £3.99 for orders under £39.99. Free for orders over £39.99.

Arriving Time: 1 to 2 working days.

Note: This is our economy delivery option. Consider next-day service if you need parts urgently.

Next Day Delivery

- Cost: £9.90 for each order

- Arriving Time: Arrives the next day, available Monday to Friday (no weekends).

Note: For Saturday arrival, please ensure you select the Saturday del option.

Next Day Before 1 PM and Saturday Delivery

- Cost: £19.90 for order

- Arriving Time: Arrives before 1 PM on weekdays. On Saturdays, it arrives during the day (before 1 PM is not guaranteed).

Note: Choose this option if you need your items urgently.

Local Pick-up

Pickup Location: Newcastle Heating and Plumbing Ltd, 1-4 Wingrove House, Ponteland Road, Cowgate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE5 3AJ, United Kingdom.

Details: Place your order online and collect it in person at our Newcastle location. Ring us on 07832156716 for arrangements.

- - Weekend Orders: Please be aware that we do not process or dispatch orders on weekends. Any orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Bank Holidays: Delivery times may be affected during public holidays. We will notify you of any delays.
