Replace a faulty heat exchanger assembly with this refurbished genuine Ideal 185127 heat engine full kit. It fits selected Ideal Logic Plus Combi2 and Logic Max Combi2 boilers, including the listed C24, C30 and C35 models.

The heat engine forms a central part of the boiler’s combustion and heat-transfer system. It transfers heat from the burner into the heating water. Therefore, a damaged, leaking or restricted assembly may cause poor performance, water loss, unusual noises or boiler lockouts.

However, similar symptoms can result from circulation problems, scale, sludge or other boiler components. Consequently, a Gas Safe registered engineer should diagnose the appliance before ordering this replacement assembly.
