Baxi 7661748 Heat Exchanger Assembly – Refurbished

The Baxi 7661748 Heat Exchanger is a professionally refurbished replacement assembly for selected Baxi, Main and Potterton boilers. In addition, this package includes a new gasket 7662076 and a new electrode 7686344.

The primary heat exchanger transfers heat from the burner into the boiler water. Therefore, it plays a central role in both heating performance and boiler efficiency.

Over time, deposits, corrosion or heat-related wear can affect the original heat exchanger. Consequently, the boiler may develop poor circulation, overheating or combustion-related problems.

This refurbished assembly provides a cost-effective alternative to a brand-new heat exchanger. Furthermore, the included new gasket and electrode support a more complete and reliable installation.
