Order Tracking
– Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your parcel via the courier's tracking system.

Missed Delivery
– If you're not in when Royal Mail attempts delivery:

Your parcel may be left with a neighbour (unless you’ve opted out).

If no one accepts the parcel, you’ll receive a “Something for you” card.

You can collect your parcel from your local Post Office within 18 days or arrange a redelivery (details on the card).

If unclaimed, the parcel will be returned to us, and we’ll contact you to arrange a refund or reshipment.

Collecting from a Post Office
– To collect your parcel, bring a valid form of ID (e.g., driving licence or passport) matching the name on the parcel.
