Shop Ariston gas valves for selected combi and system boilers, including compatible Clas, Genus, E-Combi and Microgenus models. The gas valve controls the flow of gas to the burner during ignition and operation. Before ordering an Ariston boiler gas valve, confirm the boiler model, GC number and part number printed on the existing valve.
A faulty Ariston gas valve may cause ignition failure, repeated lockouts or a boiler that sparks but does not establish a flame.
Gas-valve problems can be linked to the Ariston 501 fault code, A01 ignition fault, and SP1, SP2 or SP3 ignition codes. However, similar symptoms may also be caused by the gas supply, electrodes, wiring, burner or PCB.
Gas-valve testing, adjustment and replacement must be completed by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Before ordering an Ariston replacement gas valve, compare the existing part number with the product listing and confirm the full boiler model and GC number.
