If the temperature rises above the safe operational limit (typically around 105°C), this sensor triggers a safety shutdown to prevent damage to the appliance.

This kit comes complete with the necessary fixing screws for a quick and secure installation. It is a direct replacement for the limit stat found on the burner door or heat exchanger of many popular Baxi, Main, and Potterton models, including the Duo Tec, Platinum, and Eco Elite ranges.
