With the exchange service, you send your faulty part first, and once it is received, a replacement will be dispatched the next working day. The advance replacement service allows you to receive the replacement part first by paying a refundable deposit. The deposit is returned once your faulty part is sent back.
3. How long is the warranty on this gas valve?
Pre-owned gas valves come with a 6-month warranty. If you purchase a new gas valve, it includes a 12-month warranty. Both options cover manufacturing or functional faults within the warranty period.
4. Can I install this gas valve myself?
Gas valves should only be installed by a qualified Gas Safe registered engineer. This ensures correct fitting and safe operation of your boiler.
5. What happens if I order the wrong part?
If you order the incorrect part, you may return it within 30 days as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. A restocking fee may apply, and return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
