2. Is this pump new or refurbished?

This is a fully refurbished pump taken from a working boiler. It has been carefully tested to ensure full functionality. Minor cosmetic marks may be present due to previous use, but performance is unaffected.

3. Does the pump come with a warranty?

Yes, all refurbished pumps come with a 12-month warranty covering defects or performance issues arising from refurbishment.

4. How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders received by 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are shipped the same day. Weekend delivery is possible if the Saturday delivery option is selected at checkout. Orders placed on Fridays are processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

5. Can I return the pump if it doesn’t fit my boiler?

Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packaging. The return process ensures your satisfaction if the part does not meet your requirements.
