The Ideal Expansion Vessel Kit 177601 is a complete replacement designed for Ideal boilers manufactured from ACE serial numbers onwards. It restores correct pressure regulation and prevents common faults such as frequent pressure loss, PRV discharge, and boiler lockouts.

Expansion vessels naturally fail over time due to membrane fatigue or waterlogging. This kit includes a new pressure relief valve (PRV 176610), ensuring a full system refresh and long-term reliability.

The kit is manufactured to Ideal factory specification, providing a direct, no-modification replacement for supported combi boilers.
