Ideal Expansion Vessel Kit 177540 + PRV | Combi & System Boilers
The Ideal Expansion Vessel Kit 177540 is a complete replacement solution designed to restore correct system pressure control in Ideal combi and system boilers manufactured from ABS & ABY serial numbers onwards.
A failed or waterlogged expansion vessel commonly causes boiler pressure dropping, PRV discharging water, frequent topping up, or boiler lockouts. Replacing the vessel and PRV together ensures long-term reliability and prevents repeat failures.
