The Viessmann 7825487 thermal switch is a genuine safety device designed for a wide range of Viessmann Vitodens boilers. This component monitors temperature within the boiler and automatically shuts down the system if overheating occurs, protecting critical internal parts.

If your boiler is shutting down unexpectedly or displaying overheating faults, replacing the thermal switch may restore safe operation.
