Replace a faulty boiler safety control with this new compatible Worcester 87379033990 temperature limiter. It fits Worcester Greenstar 2000 25kW and 30kW combi boilers.
The temperature limiter monitors the relevant boiler temperature and helps protect the appliance from overheating. Therefore, it may interrupt boiler operation if an unsafe temperature is detected.
A faulty limiter may cause boiler lockouts or prevent the appliance from operating correctly. However, overheating can also result from poor circulation, pump problems, blockages or another boiler fault. Consequently, a qualified engineer must diagnose the cause before replacing the limiter.
