Please note that weekends are not included in our next-day delivery guarantee. Delivery for orders placed on Fridays (the next day) is on the following Monday. This heat exchanger fits the following models: Greenstar FS 30 CDI, FS 30 CDI LPG, FS 42 CDI, FS 42 CDI LPG, Greenstar 25 HE Combi, Greenstar 29 HE Conven, and RD329 (May 2003 onwards). Always verify your boiler’s manufacturer part number before purchase.

2. Is this a new or refurbished part?

This is a fully refurbished original Worcester part. It has been removed from a working boiler, tested to ensure full functionality, and quality checked by our engineering team. Minor cosmetic marks may be present.

3. Does this part come with a warranty?

Yes, all refurbished Worcester parts, including the Greenstar HE Combi Heat Exchanger 87377017900, come with a 12-month warranty covering any defects in refurbishment or workmanship.

4. How quickly will my order be delivered?

Orders received before 1:00 p.m. (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Delivery times vary, and next-day delivery is usually available for first-class shipments, except for weekends. Saturday delivery can be selected at checkout if required.

5. What is the returns policy for this part?

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery in the original packaging. This allows us to process refunds efficiently. Damaged or unsealed manufacturer packaging may result in rejection of the return. Customers are responsible for return postage on faulty parts, and a 20% restocking fee applies if the wrong part is purchased.
