Technical FAQs

How do I check that this is the correct replacement part?

Use manufacturer part number 801724 as the main check. Match it to the old part or appliance documentation, not only to a similar-looking product.

Will this part fit my boiler?

This exact part is listed for 12 appliance model(s). Check your appliance model, MPN and the GC Number tab before ordering.

Can a similar-looking part be used instead?

Do not rely on shape or appearance alone. Check the manufacturer part number and the exact appliance model before ordering a replacement.

Does the part number identify the cause of a boiler fault?

No. A part number helps identify a replacement item but does not diagnose a fault. Ask a suitably qualified professional to identify the cause where required.

Who should fit and test this part?
